Lane Life Designs is proud to partner with Route, the leader in package protection and tracking solutions. Route offers first-rate shipping insurance with seamless claim filing for a variety of shipping issues. By selecting Route at checkout, your order will be protected* from damage, loss, or theft. In the unfortunate event that your order never arrives, you can file a claim with Route and receive a replacement or be fully reimbursed. 

By deselecting package protection, Lane Life Designs is not liable for lost or delayed orders, stolen packages, or items damaged in transit.

*Claims for packages marked "delivered" yet not received and where there is no evidence of “porch piracy” must be made 5 days after “delivery date” but no longer than 15 days to ensure it was not mis-delivered or found around the premises. Claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not "delivered") must be filed after 7 days (20 days for international) and within 30 days from the last scan.


The shipping time listed at checkout is the estimated time it takes for packages to be delivered by the carrier. This does not include fulfillment time. Under normal circumstances, it takes 1-2 business days to fulfill your order. However, during periods of high volume from sales, restocks, launches or heavy order times, it may take up to two weeks to process your order. We sincerely appreciate your patience during these times.

If your order includes both in-stock items and pre-order items, the order will not be shipped until the pre-order items are ready to ship.


Customers may select USPS or UPS where services are available. If an order qualifies for free shipping, Lane Life Designs will choose USPS or UPS shipping services as deemed appropriate with no additional charge to the customer. All packages over 2 oz will include tracking information.
